Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn apparel back into its original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
